Seven enclosures
The returned packet matches seven items in an earlier dispatch inventory. The eighth was a return instruction, not an apparatus drawing.

SOURCE DATE 2026.03.04 / RELEASE DATE ABOVE
A complete inventory can describe an incomplete return.
01 / Comparison basis
The retained dispatch copy, dated 10 June 2016, lists eight enclosures addressed to the Orison Exchange Secretariat. Paper identifiers and revision marks on the seven returned items agree with that copy. This supports identification of the documents. It does not provide an uninterrupted account of who held them between issue and return.
02 / Position eight
The missing enclosure is described in the dispatch inventory as “Release and succession counterfoil.” The retained office copy instructs the recipient to identify a successor or return a signed release when its receiving function ends. It contains no fabrication method, apparatus specification, or additional research program. Its absence matters because it is the document that would close the circulation obligation.
03 / Later direction
The pencil direction appears on a return sheet from the original issue. The comparison desk has no dated copy showing when the direction was added. The wording is compatible with the distinction between an office and its occupant; compatibility with a practice is not authentication of an author. No handwriting attribution has been made.
04 / Separation of findings
Seven documents can be identified. One listed item is absent. The dispatch obligation is not shown to have been discharged. These are three findings with different evidence. None establishes that the Secretariat continued operating after its address was withdrawn.
