SOURCE DATE 2026.03.23 / RELEASE DATE ABOVE
We have maintained a receiving arrangement. We have not maintained an office.
01 / Our responsibility
Rell Storage Cooperative assumed the documentary-storage accounts of the former Secretariat in December 2018. We did not succeed to its decision-making remit. The address-withdrawal instruction ended attended receipt at the old premises. It expressly retained the forwarding account pending a signed disposition from each named issuer.
02 / Service supplied
The account maintained secure holding and onward forwarding for listed references. Its annual charge was for availability, not a count of letters. An open account is therefore not evidence that someone occupied the former office, sent instructions, or received documents there throughout the interval.
03 / The February return
During the account review we instructed the forwarding service to return the packet held under R-17. The cover supplied to your receiving desk identifies our account. The surviving transfer schedule does not identify the person who added the pencil direction or establish that every enclosure reached our custody in 2018. We will not certify either proposition.
04 / Costs and closure
RAMURAN’s 2016 issuer instruction required continued holding until a written release. We have found no such release. Please identify the office now authorized to issue it and the party responsible for the accumulated charge. Our ability to preserve a packet does not give us authority to decide that your instruction has expired.
